Refund Policy – Elegance Haven

Thank you for shopping at Elegance Haven. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

    • In the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Please note that sale items, underwear, and accessories are non-returnable for hygiene and clearance reasons.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email that we’ve received it.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us first at support@elegancehaven.com before sending it back. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@elegancehaven.com with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
